Can anyone update me on the lastest lease offers around Webster Dist in Moundsville

My family just inherited some o/g in Webster dist of Marshall county. We have all been called by people from Honor Resources about leasing. My excel has crashed so I can't read the sheet on this site. I am trying to keep us all together  and up to date in this so we don't get railed. Thanks

The best thing you can do is to check other counties for member's offers.
I know there is a lot going on in Tyler county as they are close to the Ohio River.
Many leases signed there. Heck, even in PA. The offers are all over the place in amounts. I hope you all have an attorney to help you.

We want to locate the other heir so that we can develop a common position.  We also need to locate an attorny.  I believe there are some tricky situations when several heirs own oil & gas rights in common. - Bob

From my past experience already, you DEFINATELY need to get everyone on board together. We had a few that just jumped at first offer on another property and screwed the rest of us.
