How are the surging natural gas prices affecting drilling this year, and what about going into 2022?  Are the gas companies taking advantage of these higher prices?  What`s next?

Looks like natural gas price is creeping forward this week.  Has it bottomed yet?

Natural gas prices continue to look more positive.  What is happening & will it continue?

What can we anticipate for the remainder of 2024 for the natural gas industry?  Various forecasts are positive and should be good for Pennsylvania royalty owners.

Where are drilling rigs operating?  From the Patterson Rig Locator website it looks like several are operating in northeast PA & southwest PA.  Will budgets open-up soon for more drilling?

NE and NC PA is active with drilling permits and infrastructure work. The media doesn't report whats really happening with gas and oil.. 

Don't like the DOW , Don't like energy here , Don't like Mortgage rates , dont like much of anything right now , except T Bills / FHA Bonds / Bank CD 's 

Good time to buy energy,year to date low.

Are gas companies just releasing enough gas to pay their bills or are they drilling  new wells for the future  surge in gas prices & demand?  Are they directing their budget funds for infrastructure now?  How do they project their operations during these times?  Any signs of change coming?
