Freedom Mineral Partners

  Anybody ever hear of these guys ?  Sent out letters saying having a meeting in Lake Milton (West Mahoning County)

  on the 28th.  Offering to have a lease prepared in advance for you to sign if contacted ahead of meeting. Also left a 

  voicemail claiming they are wanting to " file a permit " in the area.  Also have 2 web sites. Mineralscash.com  & 

  FrioResources.com.  Are these guys actual operators ? Lease flippers or something else ? Never heard of them.

I'm not familar with that wells production, but I know the unit i'm in one of the quarters it listed zero production, so I oilandgas@dnr.ohio.gov   to verify if that was an incorrect or incomplete report and the got back to me that it had been updated.

The last reported data was from Q1, which was 16k, so either the source is wrong, or more likely if they are correct, they were doing something with the site.  The well has actually performed decently given the location and the relatively short lateral.

How would one go about finding out if a lease had in fact been recorded on your property & payment simply never made ?  I don't believe the county notifies the land owner. This is Mahoning.

In columbiana county, you can just look up your name on the county recorders website. I assume mahoning would be the same.

 I'll have to try that. Supposedly that's the delay. Title people don't want to  work Mahoning  because nothing online & they have to be there in person. Although I thought Mahoning was supposedly putting everything online a few years ago. Know somebody else signed about time we did & they've not been paid or heard from them either. Thanks for response.

curious as to who told you 18 barrels from Wher (not their name, whether or not they are connected to anything)?

Well is holding up pretty good as far as I can tell.  Note, there is a clinton sand well in that same area that is producing about 18 boe per year...

Oh,no. Nobody personally told me. I was googling trying to find info & that figure came up. made no sense because the mcf seemed about right . Likely AI generated crap.

 Just to update. Did finally receive bonus check from FRIO.. In a wet fed ex envelope. Only kept from blowing away by a parts box delivered with it. So anybody else waiting be aware that's how they're being sent. No signature required.
