Metering and compression station

We have a gas company wanting to install and maintain a metering and compression station on our property. Has anyone had any experience with having this on your property.was is the going lease price for having one on your property. Thanks

My only request was for them to give me a couple of days warning so I could make a decision on staying of going. The TWP is not informed of when or where drilling will happen because I have even asked them. I truly don't know a solution for this. It is like those of us that live here but are not actively involved have no rights any longer.
