Easement and Agreement Proposal

I am a heir to family property in Lewis county, WV. Received a token $ amount for Storage Easement . If anyone has any input as to what should e be fair amount for this I would appreciate it...and if I don't sign and return do the other heirs continue with the easement?

Carol you must be careful on any offers as they are usually not in your family's best interest.

Find a good oil and gas attorney to review and discus.

Carol, I would not sign this until you get legal advise. . Any document that speaks of "Storage" in oil and gas, you most certainly will want  to contact an attorney.
