HELP!! Possible fraud/illegal activities over lease

Own small amount of acreage in Monroe County.  I live in PA but my family lives on the property we own together.  Signed an easement lease with a certain company in 2007, which was recorded at the courthouse Nov. 2007.  The problem is that I was remarried in Dec of 2006, Our signatures were notarized outside of our presence with a date of July 2006, but my signature is my new married name, which I didn't start using until the end of 2006/beginning of 2007.  The easement agreement is now being called an Oil and Gas Lease.  On top of all that, Ohio is a Dower state, so my new husband would have had to sign any paperwork with me because, as my husband, he automatically has a right to that property, as well.  I don't know who to call, on a legal level.  This is a company who has current legal issues with other landowners in that area.  It's only because we signed a legitimate lease a few months ago, and due to their property search that this issue has now come to light.  Thanks in advance for any help with atty names or other info.

Any attorney who had contact law experience. A lease is a contact. Also your signature can not be notarized outside your presence. Any lawyer could deal with that. Copy of all papers. Marriage license to show date name changed. Do you have a regular Attorney? Start with them.
