Leases in Pennsylvania - anything in Clay or Wharton counties?

Anybody know anything about any leases there, what's being offered?  I've got a lease there from years ago and am wondering about renegotiating it, there didn't seem to be anything about the Marcellus shale in those counties, so anything would help.
