From the maps, (mostly) everything west of the Kahrig is CNX turf.    However, there is lots of room north of the area to exploit, being a mixture of Eclipse and Beck/XTO/Antero acreage, and well supplied with pipeline access.  (But, some of these landowners to the north are HBP under Oxford/Eclipse and have a 160 acre unit max in their leases....gotta correct this before they can fully develop this land).   In spite of the Oxford problem, it appears Antero is slowly filling in this area with units to connect the Myron-Frakes-Schafer-Law, CNX 19/16/18 etc... to the Kahrig-Graves-Siberian-Yontz, etc....area.    There should be a monster pad or pads in the Mud Run area of Seneca Township soon to fill some of this in, and give them an access point to drill NW under Seneca lake.  Under the NW Kahrig is room for a SE unit (call it the Hayes) from the (we'll call it) Warner pad, and this one will gather in more of the Beck/XTO/Antero acreage.   One or two more to the west of the Hayes can be drawn to miss the CNX property, and you can bet Antero has been working hard to sign up all the plots in Summerfield to put in one of these.   Confusing?   A map would be easier.   It appears that the natural fracture (F2?) orientation in Northern Noble has caused Antero to slightly shift the direction of their laterals within the Schafer and Frakes, which will produce some "wasted" space when these Seneca Township units mate with the Marion Township units.   It's interesting to watch how they do it.

Buzz is antero has 9 pads slated soon consol and antero will light it up in 2014   pipeline is up and pump in from cooling plant rex work in on dry gas line as we speak should b hot February I'm with antero was flipped by eclipse it's a mix and match game to get units squared away who would have thought summerfield would b the talk of dirty honey
