Ann Sowers, I have 40 Acres in East Vinton County on US 50. only 2-3 miles from Meigs county and athens county line. I am interested in a landowners group. Anyinfo would be great. I do not live in the area but I hear that Feb. 22end their is a meeting in McArthur I want to try to attend. If you are going to have a meeting or if you could give me more info on your landowners group I would love to hear from you.
Hi Ann, I was at the last mtg at the Catholic Church on Dutch Ridge. I have 55 acres that has a lease that runs out next month with Carl Smith. I live on Bucks Lake rd and my neighbors(Guthries) are my relatives. They already have working wells and leases. What are my chances of getting a lease obtained through Southern Ohio Energy for utica drilling even though the surrounding plats are already busy with current leases?
Don't we need a large contiguous land mass of willing participants that have no leases?
