Hello all,Really enjoy the website and the informative discussions on this site.I was recently informed that I had inherited just over an acre of mineral rights in Allegheny County.  I've had an offer to lease or sell these mineral rights for well to begin drilling operations in 2025.  Is there a website or state resource where I can find some price comparables in this area of Marcellus Shale?
