"You know, I may have misled with the headline.  I regret that.  The delegates are calling for a Hold on Issuance of New Permits.  Even if this is implemented, this will not shut the industry down."

"Delegates Barbara Fleischauer, Mike Manypenny and others holding a press conference tomorrow to call for a halt to issuance of new permits until the legislature can come up with and pass a responsible and effective bill regulating Marcellus Shale drilling.
