Im not sure where you are finding that updated permit info I clicked all the links provided in these posts and dont see anything that provide any maps or info on gas permits applied for or granted in Bradford Co.

We were offered $5,500 from Fortune and $5,750 from Chesapeake last month, but then they withdrew the offers. We have 200 acres in Franklindale and would like to get at lease soon. Any ideas?

- What has been your experience in the Marcellus Shale?
- We felt he was manipulating us. The last landman we dealt with tried to get us to lower his companies offer by almost one half and offered a lease with only 3 addendums.
