form a landowner group. In regard to your question about PDC, I have been doing business with them for approximately 10 years. Their business strategy changed about two years ago, and I personally am avoiding doing any future business with them. Also, I feel strongly that a 15% royalty is too low.

- The lease offer in Guernsey County started out at 50.00 100.00 250.00 and are now 1600.00 to 1850.00 and 15%. for a five year paid up lease.Morgan County is on the edge of the play however I believe that the Utica play will expand. It will take a few wells to be drilled in the area to heat things up Harrison and Carrol Counties is well on there way with some good wells drilled.
