Exxon Buys PCC and TW Phillips Where are they Starting?

I would like to know where Exxon Mobile will start drilling in Butler? If I were to guess I would think near the Game Lands and local Township lands.  This would make allot of revenue for both plus keep the peace.  I heard  that Summit Township is( HBP) means held by production.Can someone give me some insight on what that means?See More
