I've been just watching and learning on this site for a while.

I own 78 acres, some in Darlington Twp, Beaver Co and some in Lawrence Co. I haven't signed yet, but I have the 17% on the table which this site talks about. The up front amount is $3000/acre.  I'm probably going to sign soon but I'm selling the farm and keeping the mineral rights so I have to be sure all my ducks are in a row so the farmer and I am both protected.

My neighbors on both sides signed for less...so patience was good.  I don't know how much longer patience will be good, but it was good so far.
