- I have my small lot of property leased to Hilcorp .And I am happy to see the business come to our area. My father is heading up the construction of the new V.M Star seem less pipe mill in Youngstown . They will be providing most of the drilling stock used in the fracking process . This area needs some recovery from the years of dead end industral loss it has endured . I am excited to see what comes here from the oil and gas industry !!!!!! Maybe my son and daughter will have the ability to provide a decent living for there families in this area. We live in a nice community and I WOULD HATE FOR THEM TO MOVE AWAY TO OTHER STATES TO FIND BETTER JOBS AND EMPLOYMENT !!!!
