"PGE Resinded their offer the next day after they gave us a final offer. We never had chance to take it. We have heard there may be some sifting of the powers going on at the management level. So time will tell. The gas is not going anywhere.."

"$3000.00 and 18% seems to be the max....know people that got $500.00 an acre and some up to $3000.00 don't know any higher and 5 years"
