Last offer in Monroe County meeting was $5,000 an acre and 19% royalty.  This is with Des Weirtheimer.

Hi Kelly,   Any info on cos. drilling or buying leases in Ritchie Co., W.Va. will be appreciated .  Have talked to Cunningham Oil and their offer was not only ridiculous, but the landman was very rude.  Tried to make me think leases were a dime a dozen and I would not get a better offer.
