I do not have their phone number or contact person but the company I hear is paying is Talisman Energy. Hope some one else will jump in and give us both a contact person. Hope this will help you somehow.

I still have the note I took during the call, but I can't read my own writing for his last name. First name, Justin, ph 607-821-9221, he works out of Clarks Summit.
