Where is your property located. I may have a group interested in purchasing for hunting purposes if the land suits.

Also saw the rig up east of Covington on the south side of East hill Road."

Theodore Koncsol commented on Theodore Koncsol's blog post 'History of our gas lease'"OK. We are well on our way to a well pad going in as of the end of March. The area was surveyed for the proposed pad, and clearing was to be completed by the end of the month. We'll see what happens next."

History of our gas lease
Our camp has almost always had a lease on it for gas/oil of some sort. We used this for a little extra income. Most of these were in the $5 acre range. We just looked at it as if nothing would happen.
Then a lease expired and suddenly the terms got more favorable for us. Not great but better. this was a $20 acre year 1 then $5 for the remaining 4 years.

- My friend, we are neighbors... I live just off west hill... please contact me.... detweiller well is active and producing..... they are drilling the 3rd hole, and will prob. frac in the next few weeks.... seneca is the company that is doing the drilling and boy are they busy... not only detweillers but pino and weivells wells are fraced and I believe one of those wells are producing
