hi my cousins and I have been approached(I haven't talked to him yet) by a fellow claiming we have approx 100 acres of mineral rights in Ohio county that we supposedly inherited when our last aunt passed in 1999....he wants to negotiate a lease,,,we have no idea how that can be as nothing was noted in her will or our inheritence ,,,,, I live in Indiana but understand that WV assesses property taxes on mineral rights only....is that true?..... as we have no knowledge of anyone paying those…See More
