"My latest in Hanover Twp-Beaver County...  $ 2500 per acre, 17% on five year lease through Range.  Chesapeake will do $ 3000 per acre at the same 17% royalty on five years.  This is of Mid October."

"Was offered in early Sept  $ 2,250 per acre , 5 year lease, 16 percent royalty on 35 acres in Hanover Township.  Also heard that Range is about to strike a deal with the state and Racoon Creek State Park and it's 8,000 acres.…"

"If you are referring to GasFrac technology replacing waterfrac I wouldn't say "soon" and definitely not completely."

"all these details are just details.  Most everyone will be in a unit sooner or later in pa.  You can sell the water but water will soon be out of the pic' "

Yes we own property in Hanover Township.  I hear that they will be drilling in Hanover and wanted some insight on which companies were drilling as well as where and what royalties were being offered.
