All of the major, publicly-traded companies drilling into the Marcellus Shale have reported their second-quarter earnings. Thanks to SeekingAlpha, transcripts from those calls are publicly available and easily searchable.

A group of more than 400 Carroll County property owners has signed a lease agreement with a Pennsylvania oil company, earning $40 million in bonus money in the deal.

Paul what is your opinion on this Ohio Valley Deal. The atty says that Chspk is still taking leases but for how long he has no clue. Of course no guaranty as to if they will accept your lease either but they are at least still taking them at the 2,700 & 17.5% number.
