How can a person know if royalties paid are the correct amount?I know some have retained attorneys to assure fair lease payments but.has anyone gotten an attorney to assure the correct royalties?Continue

Ryser well

I see on the map that the Ryser well has 2 horizontals.Does anyone know if additional ones are planned for this well, similar to those on the Boy Scout well?That one appears to have 6. Thanks.Continue

"Thank you for the reply.I talked to Zach McCoy from Gulfport some time ago and he said the first check would be sent in early summer so that pretty much is in line with what you said .Enjoy this weather. Bob"

"The 1st fuel truck we saw leave was in April 7. Line H 1 was flowing through pipeline the week after. Our lease with Gulfport states payment every 30 days but 1st royalty may take up to 90 days."

"I have  not heard anything about a Luyster well.Also,I looked at the map that has the land owner names and was unable to find that name."

I leased 22 acres and there is a new well going up a half mile from my land at the corner of Fair rd and Scott Hill Rd.
