Were any of you in attendance at the meeting with KWGD on Monday at the PLCC. I was there and was totally surprised by the number of people in attendance. What were your thoughts about the meeting? I found it to be very informative.

Off topic, but did anyone just feel a little tremor/quake.  It was about 1:52pm.  My monitor an desk started wobbling and I could tell what the heck was going on.  Lasted about 4-5 seconds.
Sure did Dave. I am working up in Cuyahoga County and felt it very clearly. Lasted about 10 seconds.

Dang.  That was new to me.  Funny there was a thread about the fault that runs through here yesterday.

News said it originated in Virginia!
Mineral Va   5.9 !
Sorry didnt mean actual lease I ,meant to say the sign up contract not the lease!
Could someone update me on anything important that goes down at the meeting tonight?  It does not look like I'm going to be able to make it.  I hope its not mandatory for those that signed the engagement letter.  As it stands, I have no problem with the draft lease that they sent me.
Dave if someone hasn't filled you in yet.  Message me direct.
I've not been filled in yet.  I added you as friend so that you could give me an update.  Thanks Scott.

Scott,

There was not a whole lot that went on after you left.  There were a good many questions, most of which were common sense, or spelled out in the contract & then they had us vote to approve the lease after the couple changes were made that were voted on at the meeting.  So, you were there for the main part of the discussion.

Ok thanks. everything looks great to me & I am very encouraged that we are going to end up with a great offer. Its going to happen fast too!

I didn't think it sounded like they were going to leave us "out to bid" for too long from the way they talked at the last meeting.  & I do like the way most things sounded last night too.  Definitely looks promising!
