I got a call from wishguard earlier today and was wondering if anyone had any updates on them and what there offers were? Any success stories? Any horror stories?

Is Chevron even in the Utica play in Ohio yet?

Is this still in Belmont or is now in Monroe also?

They are now operating in Trumbull and Astabula counties up in the NE part of the state.

I signed up with WISHGARD in April .

and there is a glitch in the system..

I've called for over a week (6) days

two and three times a day

.and get the same recording

"I'm busy and will call you back".

I  received one call and I had a Drs. appt. missed the call.

WISHGARD has not contacted me over property matters, I've called them for the last (6) days

2 and 3 phone calls, and all I get is a recording . I'm not at my desk leave message I'll call you back.

I received one call from WISHGARD but had a DR appt and wasn't home. I can't stay at my phone 24/7

Anyone else having this problem????

Robert. Hate to say it but what did you expect. They are flippers they got you to sign the lease and they sold it to A oil co. They had no investment in you upfront and once they sell the lease you get paid they take their profit and move on to the next area or batch. They now have nothing to do with your land or lease.
That is how they operated in SE Ohio. The story will probably change every time you talk to them too. You do realize they offered a marketing agreement and not a true lease don't you?

They are now down in Washington county using same tactics,

"last chance we have signed up our quota & wont be back, if u don;t sign you may get nothing"

"We have signed up 200,000 acres!!  in a 400,000 acre county" ? With Wayne national forest & AEP rec area

"we almost guarantee pament while land groups just hopes and wishes for the signing"

A few weeks about a month ago they sent me a lease with $3000/ac and 16.5% but I disregarded it.
Yes Monroe county. No I haven't heard any sales pitch.
