Any news on activity in Hanover Township? Range is currently offering 2500/17% and I hear Chesapeake is around $3100/17.5%. I also see they are digging another well on Rt 18 around Hickory so they appear to be moving north toward the southern Beaver County line. Any other news or info on leases anyone?

Permalink Reply by locke on October 24, 2011 at 1:04pm I have been offered the above numbers by Chesapeake and Range... Seemingly in Hanover Twp Range has been much more active and has the leased numbers. Chesapeake has more leases in the northern part of the county. That being said, Chesapeake is offering me $500 more per acre in Hanover Twp.
Question ::: If I sign a lease with Chesapeake and most of my neighbors have signed with Range.. what happens if I'm the piece that doesn't fit being the lone Chesapeake person? Land swap between Chesapeake and Range ?

But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
