Me and my neighbors have approximately 125 acreas that sits well above the muskingum river here in south east ohio. The properties are rather mountainious with rolling hills.Does it make it less appealling.The properties have good access but i would imagine would be costly to reach oil or gas.

If it is decided that that location is best for the pad....they'll make it happen.
