We would like to know if there is another signing scheduled by Chesapeake and what the lease rate per acre is.

We are in Tunkhannock on 92 N and were offered 3750.00 per acre. 2000.00 less than lease offers

we are 1/2 mile from DeerPark Lumber on 92 N

that is the new price for that area. I believe the initial thoughts of "below the river" are starting to creep up North of the river now. I know Chesapeake was supposed to have a majority of landowners signed and paid this past week. Does anyone know if that happened?

yesterday and today all of wyoming co group signed for 5750/20%. add ons will be dealt with following this signing. not all will be taken but please don't panic its not the end.
