MDS Lease Sale

At the end of 2010 and beginning of 2011, there was a joint effort group lease in several Western Pa. counties. Does anyone know how this ended?

Dan-we have a plan B in place too in the event the aggregate land lease sale doesn't happen.  However, we're still looking with optimism that the MDS deal will occur with proceeds by Dec 31, 2011.

The rumor mill is brewing up in kittanning. Heard yesterday a deal was struck. Not sure how true it is but nevertheless its the first of such news. We shall see soon - hope all is good for everyone involved.

I heard a positive rumor as well...rumors @ this point...but you are right...first of such news! I hope for everyone involved that it is true...

Two plus weeks since Mike's major update post and still no word. We need something, anything so we know what is going on. Is a deal imminent or not?
