Gas Tax in Pa ?

Word has it in Harrisburg that Pa wants to Tax the Gas again Question Does anyone know if industries like Coal have to pay a tax on the product taken out of the ground?. It would only be fair in both Industries?

In Texas they collect 7.5% of the value of each well's production. I would guess we will see something similar to that in PA.
