Chesapeake Selling Leases?

Can anyone tell me how I would find out if Chesapeak sold my lease in Mt Pleasent Township to Newfield/Hess? Also , why are they selling?

I would suggest checking at the Courthose Recorder of Deeds office. I think that they record lease transfers. The Scranton Times-Tribune today said that the transfers are in the Courthouse. I can't imagine that they would transfer some leases but not all.
