I see his name a lot and seems like he starts land groups. Is he an attorney?

Question #1  ALOV HAS LEASED TO A  O/G COMPANY OTHER THAN CHESAPEAKE! read the threads.

SQUARE BOB SWISS CHEESE IS IN THE HOOOOOOUUUUUUUSSSSSSSE....!!!!!

(sorry but being the "piece of work" I am.........just couldn't resist)

LOL glenn

All that you have said is fine and I agree that  we all have flaws but when Bob and his staff flat out  lie's that is a whole other matter .

I know this first hand .

Bobs and his staffs own words " we have a deal now that you can join and it will close within a week "

but you have to sign a commitment letter !

That was a few months ago , come to your own decisions .

Questions:

1. Has ALOV leased land in Ohio to any other O&G company other than Chesapeake?

Answer: Don't know that one. But I do know that Bob Rea has been and is currently negotiating with other energy companies. If Chesapeake presented the best offer, wouldn't it make sense to go with them.

2.  How much did the ALOV's lease the Columbiana 30,000 acres to Chesapeake for, in the beginning of last year?

Answer: $2,250 an acre and 17.5% gross royalty. Not sure on the exact number of acres. In the latter part of 2011, ALOV  agreed to an offer of $5,800 an acre and 20% gross royalty. This offer was for roughly 25% of the acreage in the group. ALOV is currently negoitiating with various energy companies for the remaining acreage.

3.  Why did the ALOV not wait for the production reports from the initial wells in the Utica before leading it's 30,000 acreage to lease prematurely for $2250 an acre?

Answer: Premature? At the time ALOV negotiated the $2,250 an acre and 17.5% gross royalty, individuals were

signing with Chesapeake for $1,600 an acre and 12.5% net royalty and a very lousy lease.

4.  What experience and track record does the ALOV and its legal advisers have in O & G prior to the Utica play?

Answer: A heck of a lot more than I have! Who here truly believes that most landowners have the experience to negotiate a lease with an energy company?  The ALOV lease is noted as the  "cadillac" lease of any gas lease in the state of Ohio. ALOV was formed nearly 2 years ago for the purpose of educating landowners and negotiating as a group.

5.  Why does the ALOV in Trumbull not have documented offers revealed to its membership?

Answer: As a member, the only offer I expect to see is the one that ALOV agrees to and then submits the offer to the members to vote on. P.S. we members are not doing the negotiating.

6.  Why does the ALOV's geologist not disclose Trumbull's geology to its members?

Answer: I was informed when we joined the group that there would be certain information not shared with the

group due to the ongoing negotiating process.  I'm fine with that.

As far as the (" power and money" going to Bob Rea's head ), Do you know that as a fact?  Do you know Bob Rea

or had any dealings with him to give you reasons to make that statement?

Bob Rea is also the negotiator for another Ohio land group named "Mohican Valley Basin Landowners". They have 1,900 members and 160,000 acres east of Columbus. Why not call them and ask them about Bob Rea.

Thank You for the opportunity to reply! I hope this helped!

Please reserve landowner group discussions for the county groups. Thanks.
