I've heard from three different sources that a company called Williams -- a large oil and gas company out of Tulsa OK -- has been leasing in Tioga Co. The only confirmed offer I've heard the details for is a lease in Tioga Township for $5000/20%/5. I've also heard from a reliable source that they are signing leases in Delmar Township, but didn't he couldn't tell me the terms. East finally has some competition!

I can't find any local contact information for Williams; their website only talks about the Barnett. If I find a local landman, I'll post the info.
