Northwest Monroe County Landowners Group

         Just found a Northwest Monroe County Land Owners group,any other members in my neck of the woods??Im in the north/western most corner of Monroe County.

Somerset was one of the townships listed.

Wayne and Somerset township I would say if his ground is near Boston this would be better

Ripleys ,he has property near flatrock and his other piece borders warren township

Mickgyver I heard if they are right in those 2 counties & signed up by Thursday with group accepted & signed lease all others put on a waiting list Group 2 & they will review based on loaction & current acreage fit & Budget, if you didn't sign a lease by today, group 2 will be cherry picked & advised within 30 days if accepted by anterro to sign at a later date.

Thankyou tom I will pass that on , I know he has about 150 acres total about 1/2 in section 24 and other in section 4

My Guess is if he is in the target areas & signs up will be accepted if outside those 2 Twps who knows?

Franklin & Seneca In Monroe, Wayne & Somerset In Belmont are the main target areas

Hello again Tom are they trying to lease any of the in town lots near you yet , i heard cadiz and St Clairsville was starting to do this type of leasing now

Not where Im at Near woodsfield Ohio, has been pretty slow and quiet recently since the Beck/xto deal until this deal announced

Boston is right by somerset , I live in somerset twp .
