because Consol had the surface (coal) rights and didnt have the oil and gas.

Did you like my call on the Spencer (Cumberland Anandarko well) ? Nailed that one, hopefully the network can keep cranking it out.

I have more good info but cant share it just yet.

i think most of that down there is AEP Ohio Power land, they gave Consol the coal and kept the oil and gas. i think

Ran into CNX Employee today. I asked him about the Troyer well. He said the well is being flared today, anyone have any updates on that well. Other than that his lips were zipped.

Your right Jimmy. Consol only has OG rights east of I-77 down there.

I don't have a well update, but a CONSOL rep told me they have 7 wells planned for TUSC Co this year.

They are so slow, 7 wells... blah blah blah.... and 8 months into the Hess JV and how many wells ??

Paul it is NOT big oil... it may be decent economic oil but don't say that , it clearly is Not... I'm well connected and I am hearing 200 barrels a day at best... all of these guys are fumbling and still searchcing for completion techs that work the best

For their first well, 5 miles away from my land, I'll take decent. Hopefully the techniques will improve with each well and decent will become BIG.
