Leases from Chesapeake to East Resourses

Just wondered how many in Tioga Co. signed leases with Chesapeake? When calling Chesapeake they said someone would return the call, instead got a letter in the mail stating that East Resouces bought the lease from Chesapeake. I know that one nephew and Iown over 100 ac. and the other 70ac. There was letters given to the two with over 100 ac. What rights do we actually have, if any?

Don't understand what you mean by "rights". But the terms of the lease(s) didn't change, just the ownership.
