Advice needed for water line right of way

I was recently approached by CHK to put a water line through my property that would service a well on my property and others.  Anybody have any experience with water right of way agreements?

Chesapeake has a temporary two year water pipeline agreement.  It is to lay a 16 inch plastic pipe on top of ground  to supply water during fracking and it can only be in place for 180 days.  If they need to relay, they will pay the $3 rate per foot again.  Add any addendums that you deem necessary.

It is for a Pipeline - I am looking at the document right now- and they would need to travel aprox 10,000 feet across my property.

are you certain it is simply a water line and not a pipeline?   there are differences..
