I understand that R Resources leased PA Gamelands or maybe state forest, which neighbors a few props off rte 6 and shin hollow.   $4000 Bonus and another $4000 = $8000.  Not sure what the royalties had been.

you like accusing people of things with no facts, dismiss their ideas as incorrect, and are probably a controlling person.

Actually the opposite is true. I like to see facts based on sound evidence. Not conjecture, fluff, garbage sales pitches. Storytelling Etc.

Most people who are controlling generally have a similar motivation for doing so, I am not one, but can identify them rather easily. Ha, two more funny texts!!

did you sign a lease with Range?  how much? how many acres? what township? how many years? did the whole clan sign? did you get your check yet?

why does a person only have to own only 1 tract of land?  I own alot in several differant counties - Greene, Allegheny, Lycoming, Butler, Washington, Lawrence.  I have signed agreements with Shell, Chevron, Rex, and Anadarko.  Somw with land groups, some on my own.

No I did not, but if they were closer to me and had some solid plans for this area I would have certainly listened very closely to what they had to say. Instead of badmouthing them on a public message board.

That's for sure.

Again, you dont have any land in this area. Your story is not true.

And, how do YOU know that?

I know this because I... live... here.

There are shallow wells all over the place. Atlas, East Resources, and Seneca has a very large Storage Field to my North, has for many years. The wells are impossible to miss as are the Giant blue pipes all over the place and the enormous pump station and buildings up the road.

I guess I know this because I have two eyes that seem to work just fine.

I don't live in Greene Co. - but I own property there.  PS - Seneca does not have any storage fields in Greene Co. - Equitable does: Holbrook, Hunters Cave, Swarts, and Pratt storage fields.  Seneca's territory is north of I-80.  I'd get your eyes checked - must be cross-eyed since you live in GREENE Co. (go to school too cuz you can't even spell the name of the county that you live in either).

Little Jasper in your Pijamas, I am going to be patient here, take a deep breath and treat you like a 7 year old standing in the corner pouting for a second freeze-pop.

I live above Grove City. Go back and read. That makes the Range land in Venango to my North. Go back and read. and the Seneca Storage field right up the street. Go back and read.

So, you live by Henderson Dome - which is operated by Seneca (you're right - I'll give you that one).  so where in this post do you state what county you live in? either way - Range are a bunch of crooks.  I bet that your boyfriend, or relative, works for Range - sorry to hear that.  Tell him that he works for Crooks.

I think alot of the gas and oil companys have taken advantage of land owners to get drilling rights for next to nothing, Atlas and Visa paid $5-$10 an acre to lease property and they were only shallow drillers and yet they now own all rights that they can sell for $1000's an acre to companys like Chevron, Shell, and so on. I dont know if its true or not but someone recently told my brother that Vista sold their deep rights for $750 million, nice profit for not paying anything extra to get these rights off landowners.  He has 3 shallow wells on his 250 acre farm that pay him about $200 a month, if Vista would have gave him the deep rights he would have been able to collect about $3500 an acre during the recent signings, this is crooked IMO. Why should the gas and oil companys be able to sell something for big profits that they never paid landowners for? My dad signed a 5 year lease with Range 5 years ago and they took advantage of his poor health, they paid him $10 an acre to lease his farm, he never heard of Utica or Marcellus until about 2 years after he signed the lease. He always hoped to get $3000-$4000 an acre like his neighbors were getting after the fact, he passed away in January of this year from cancer so he never got to enjoy any of the big money because Range wasnt honest with him. I suggest everyone be very careful with Range, Atlas, and Vista.

Said so well.  Ever hear of McIntire Coal, Oil, & Gas?  they leased a ton of ground in eastern Butler Co. for $100/acre and sold it all for $72 Million.
