Wish Gard Checks!

Has anyone gotten one (lately)?

I have been accused of being a "landman" in the past, but I am here to say I am anything but.

I am supposed to be getting a check on the 19th....HOWEVER,  I haven't gotten my "dollar in the mail" or a returned contract with lines through it either. I contacted Ron Miller (landman who held all the meetings around here) and he basically blew me off. I went to the office in Jefferson, and got a run around doublespeak politician style.

 I am not signing an extension, unless they give me an extra bonus check like I read about here on the discussion board, and then I still may not. 

I want to know if ANYONE has gotten a signing bonus check from ANYONE.

Also, who is a paying company that I may sign with in another week?

So, what say you?

I know a few that got Wishgard checks. I know two people that have gotten Blackridge checks, I believe all the Blackridge people have been paid.

NELA is still signing up people, but they don't meet your paying company.

EALA is signing people, not sure they meet your paying company.

 South county is the hot spot so there might be company's making offers.

Also, I am wondering why there are so few folks who have been paid when I know there are hundreds who've signed with somebody.

Most people who have signed, signed with a "Flipper". BlackRidge is not one of these lowball flippers. At this point in the game anyone who signs with someone like Wishgard is crazy. BlackRidge is looking to lease more in Ashtabula county soon. I heard it from the horses mouth.....

Was told they are going to start moving west of rt46 and north of rt6. No exact locations were given.

You stated "Also, who is a paying company that I may sign with in another week?" Looks like that was your requirement.  So some of my examples did not meet that.

 

As people have found out just because you sign a lease,  that will not guarantee that you will get paid.

Thanks guys.. I meant that I could sign with in another week or so, once my wishgard thing expires.

Well, as expected, we got our "we need you to sign an extension" in the mail today, one day after our agreement was done.

I tore it up and threw it in the wood burner where it belongs.

I figured if they can't get their sh*t together in six months, why give them an extension? They sited "you have substantial issues with your title". Oh, is that the 35 year old gas line right of way signed by a previous owner and never run through the property? We were told that if we "weren't getting royalty checks from an oil company, then you are clear to sign" when we went to the meeting.

B.S.!!!!

If someone is going to give actual bonus check, and sign real leases, I imagine I'll hear about it.

Wishgard = liars.

I got paid a week early by BlackRidge. Everyone I know who has signed with them has been paid.

Can you tell me if they are signing in Richmond twp.?

Contact info for them?
