Compressor stations??????????????

I saw something about 2 stations that were to be developed in Pa.  I can not find the site that said the G/O have chosen 2 counties that they will be building 2 specialized stations for the pipeline.  Are these compressor stations or something different??????   1 in Lycoming + 1 in Bradford ?????
