Not 100% sure, but3 pipes may mean there's alot of gas & pressure to burn off!  Markwest has opened up a temp. processing plant in cadiz while they complete their construction of the permanent one. which will come on line later this year. Since there arent pipelines to Antrim yet, maybe they can choke it back & still sell some of the O&G. they can truck out the oil & wetgas.  Looks like Royalties may be seen by those in that unit by X-mas!    May have to wait for Gulfports 3rd.qtr. report later this fall to see the how good the well is. We"ll see the reports also on PDC;s 2 wells by rt265.  REX's well by Quaker City , and Anteros 2 wells by then also. If the "hearsay is true, these well results will make Guernsey county ,Ohio the HOT spot!  Landowners that havent signed leases yet will have bargaining power. O&G companies  wanting to lease here may be surprised! Landowners will know what they are sitting on and what"s it"s worth. $5000, &20% may be a thing of the past.

Flare pipes are gone!. Now there is 6 huge tanks that look to permanent. either they are for the flowback frac fluids,or for all the oil & ilguids they will need to store while waiting on pip[eline and/or tanker trucks to get it to Cadiz.

What is the going lease rates, township by township? I hear 5000 across the board or better for the eastern third, 4200 or better for central and 4800 for the western edge. Someone with accurate data please update. There r still folks who have not yet signed.

$5000 & 20 % gross may be the "going rate", if there is one. But just wait a few months. The recent wells drilled in guernsey co. will be producing by then,We will all know what we are sitting on. If the initial reports of these wells are true, look for bonus $$$$ to go up! PDC, Antero, Gulfport,Rex should let us know by Dec. Or maybe not. They could withhold that info to keep lease $$$ down.  They Are required to provide the ODNR the production reports of their wells, but not till spring 2013. They all have conference calls with prod. reports for their investors every Qtr. that usually is available online. Gulfport has been posting their #s. next Qtr. reports wont come out till nov./dec.

I could retire with just 5 acres in either one of those drilling units! do the math.
