Mason Dixon Energy man dropped off Lease for above figures on June 14, 2010. I have not contacted them. If anyone in the Cortland area has had contact such as this, I would like to hear from you. max.zarges@gmail.com

that is 250 an acre which seems kinda light but i dont know what the values in our area our worth, they are signing up landowners but i dont know what to do.It is a sub company doing the leasing kenyon energy, anbody know anything about them? any help would be nice
I myself would guess that it is a sub company. Look them up online. Most sub companies get you to sign up and then they market your property to larger companies or main companies. Thanks for sharing! Craig T. Pistner

Stupid part here is that every deal you see between the Gas companies and buyers .. the price per acre is avg $14,000 not 3,000 and that is from WV to Northern PA . not one deal was less than 12k..
so make of it what yo will, but I don't see why actaull land owners are being offer so much less than competing compnaies .. Oh and the arguement of gathering lines does not hold here, as 90% of the land purchased between companies has not infrastructure at all...

just a thought..
