There is an Irwin Township in Venango County, Pennsylvania. There is a Mercer County in both Ohio and Pennsylvania, but no Irwin Township in either of those counties Venango County lies just east of Mercer County.

Sorry for the confusion, it is Venango County, Irwin Township & Mercer County, Sandy Lake Boro that I am searching for a leasing company at this time. Also, Butler County, Worth Township & Crawford County, Sadsbury Township as well. Thanks for taking your time to respond

For Butler County, Worth Twp. you would contact Southeast Land Services. They handle leasing for SWEPI /Shell. They are not doing much leasing these days, but Worth Twp. might be of interest to them.
