Bill,
Channel 9 (antenna 166 degress) Stuebenville, Sundays at 11:00, has been showing Jeff Rokisky and his team of lawyers that can evaluate your mineral rights and establish a value based on well production in your area.
Search my name on this website and you will see more details on selling your mineral rights.
I don't agree with selling mineral rights but if you must, go with Jeff for the best deal in my opinion. Good Luck . Ron

Permalink Reply by joe long on January 18, 2013 at 4:34am got some leads but no lease yet eqt is interested but 3500 acre 18% but there land protection clauses sucks no right for right a ways or pipelines so i am talking to them on that .
Permalink Reply by Bernie Horabik on January 24, 2013 at 2:58pm $3500 and 18% Gross sounds competitive! I'd study that pretty hard before I walked away b/c EQT is drilling, and the wells they are drilling are above average. Keep us posted b/c I've heard much better numbers from Chevron - much closer to what EQT offered you.
