I will go along with the notary and fraud argument, sounds too familiar to me...

1386 acres are contested why not make it 5000 acre if we all get together. I bet most every lease has a notaries signature that works for Oxford. That's not all that legit. I thought a notary had to be a third party with no interest in either party but I may be mistaken. Can anyone answere this notary question ? If this pans out Oxford would lose hundreds of lease holds. As for me I can only pray it's not legit.
