you told me to be nice.......
hows this other option working out in venango county will it not be hard working both sides of the table
I'm not sure I told you to be nice but that's always a good idea. The comment I made is that we are actively marketing several properties in Venango and other counties for landowners to obtain a lease. The concept is not an all for one lease. If there are large areas of land that a particular producer is interested in we will attempt to get an agreement for each landowner. It isn't a mass deal and each lease is catered to each landowner. In fact, we frequently have land situated together where our clients lease with different companies. The decision on what terms and with what company is always the clients.
We have never worked in the other side or had a deal in place prior to working with a landowner. I hope this answered your question but you can always contact me to discuss further.
Have you had any lease experience working with Range Resources? They have been knocking on my door.
I will make my list and get back with you. Thanks!
steve, i am interested in a lease inn venango co
"Plus we are your attorneys for the primary term of the lease" You are asking landowners to enter into an agreement with you that you will market to a gas company? Legal council should come from a neutral attorney. What if the landowner has a complaint against you during the process? From what I have read on here, that seems happen in most instances. Don't let the fox guard the chicken coop.
