Do you have a lease being held by a shallow well

My family owns 652 acres in Benezette, PA. We leased our property to a company and they drilled a shallow well the last week of the lease. The well is dry and they have not attached it to a pipeline. The well was drilled to hold the lease for possible Marcellus and or Utica drilling. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, what can be done?

I am a Fed Atty experienced in oil and gas. with that many acres you want to be non unitized or only your own unit. Usually a non-producing well doesn't secure a expired lease check your lease

I really don’t care what you believe. Lack merit Hmm tell it to all my neighbors that said why do you get 4 times more. If you want to be checking things out you should be checking the laws of your state and find people that are ecstatic without complaints. I'm pretty much retired. But know this any time the oil and gas man lips move the lying starts.

I feel bad for all you guys with the fancy accounting scammers and so called people looking out for your interest. They came for YOUR Money plain and simple. They paid people here 10.00 a acre and pulled lies and got sued for 28 million from the phony distribution network they set up.  I told people when we started I'm worried that they could do this well guess what whatever they can get away with they will..

Gas prices are garbage now compared to the scams they pulled. Almost every Attorney you will find knowing anything about leasing has either already went to work for the energy companies or is going to.  So don’t ever expect the truth. I don’t charge people for anything I do but have shown them how to win their cases etc.  You can't ask for much better than that.

Yes I am running for President and I plan on winning next time because the entire Country has no clue of how the Country is really run and it's time to abandon the brain washing party system.  Every bit of Media dissemination is owned or controlled by one company and a good reason why they refused to report on me before.

It's pretty bad when you have to shell out millions to be on the news. I have world changing technologies I'm patenting pretty soon so I don’t care what energy companies do.  If I wanted to I could obsolete everything they do and people would be driving cars for free, but I really don't need to be shot at and I don’t have time to argue.

Just know this anybody signs a lease that’s your farm the rest of your life. No matter how bad you try to protect it expect them to pull BS on you. I made them come 4 times just cause a dozer wouldn’t spend a hour a half doing the job right and it came down to pulling my paperwork saying what does that say right there that was after they said well you should have had it in writing.

Even the number one inspector was paid off came riding in their trucks they totally trashed the front of a 20 acre strip and he said ya its restored just fine.

Robert, have you done anything with electro-magnetic rotation possibly? There's GOT to be something more than just 'spintronics' MRAM (Magneto Resistance Access Memory, I believe...). I know that that was developed for chips by NVEC (IBM's working pretty strongly on it, too).

The system I developed is pure electronics without magnetics. I have seen the magnetic motors run though and was shocked by the noise they seem to make.

Ya I found they suppressed the CFL light bulbs 15 years to get all their stock moneys allocated where they wanted them. It's really sick. One man was making hydrogen running small engines on water and they put him in a mental in situation. We are going to have to unite to truly fight back the evil. I want to expose names first

No most people think I'm a genius for all the inventions I made that defy science.  Is that what you call a man that could give you free electricity or cars that get triple the mileage they get now? If it is keep paying your hard earned dollars, I don’t have to anymore so how strange is that?

This is the best help/advice I can share. I've read through many of the things that this Attorney has stated. WISE - straightforward. I, personally, have NOT dealt with or even met him...but just from what I've read - GOOD.
