Chief Landmen back again

Has anyone that is unsigned or had a lease term end been contacted by Chief? My nieghbor who's term with Chesapeake ended signed up with Chief at $2400/acre and 16%. Chief just offered $2000/acre and 16%. Anyone else been approached with offers?

I am near Forksville and no offers have been made.Chesapeake turned lease over to Southwestern.It was up July 17,2013.Are you near forksville?tks
