I am so sorry to hear this. Steve was a huge reason that many of us were able to get the lease deals we got. My prayers go out to his family. He will be sadly missed.

Solid dude, went out of his way to educate and help people get a fair deal.... He will be sorely missed... God speed my friend....

Larry/ Steve Gardner was a great guy, an excellent surveyor, and a good friend.
We have worked with him on every survey we did in recent years.
He was the best, and always good to talk to.
He always looked out for other people's interests, as well his own.
A truly righteous man,

Assisted me on several occasions. A very honest and upfront man. Will miss his input related to oil and gas. My condolences to his family.
